37+ weeks pregnant diabetes,cholestasis and other problems?

i am 38 weeks pregnant on tuesday the 6th sept and been told i got to go for another growth scan i have been going every fortnight for the past 6 weeks and they recently did the glucose test on me and i have been told i have diet controlled diabetes, i have had to have an iron infusion this past week too that was horrible, im itching all over all the time i did also have cholestasis in my last pregnancy so they said its more than likely come back and im having such bad back ache for the past 6 weeks it hurts to walk so will there be much chance of them inducing me or not because the nurse i went see told me they would? thanks in advance
