Why have all the republicans in the house voted against the wall street reform bill?

And don't say blah blah dems are in wall streets pocket because so are reps. Don't say it creates more useless positions because you cannot oversee something without any people. I think they all voted it down for the same reason they voted down the health care bill "they didn't want dems getting credit for it if it turns out to be a good thing". what do you say?
