I have some questions about Alprazolam (or other benzodiazepine) withdrawal?

i was on klonopin for a short period of time and also experience these withdrawl symptoms. i stopped taking it because i dont have insurance and could not afford to go back to the doctor to keep having the prescription refilled. i dont beleive there is anything you can do, just hope that you dont have the problems. if i could go back in time i dont think i would take it at all, i dont think it helped. but, thats just me...
