Low neutrophils high lymphs chronic head pressure feel sick al the time. Please help!!?

For the past month I have felt horrible. I have had extreme chronic pressure in my head that doesnt go away ever. I have had chills and earlier on I had hot flashes. I have been tired and have nausea. I just feel sick all the time. They have found a 1.3 cm cyst on my right ovary and that is painful and I also have pain while having . An mri showed 2mm nonspecific white matter in the right postierior parietal subcortical, otherwise my brain looke great. But my head never stops feelnig like it is being squeezed on the right side. It is so uncomfortable and bothers me so bad without any relief. It gets wrose at night. At the end of april my cbc showed a slightly low wbc at 3.9 with high lymphs and low neutrophils(absolute). Then last week the retested and the wbc went down to 3.6 with a lymph of 51 and neutrophilis (absolute) of 1.4. The doctor didnt seem too concerned but there has got to be some sort of viral infection somewhere. I am going to a neurologist tuesday.
