How do I use Shea er on my relaxed hair?

Okay, so I bought some shea er mainly for my daughter who's hair is natural still.Mixed it with some oil for smell and I'm reading all the benefits of the product and want to know how am i to use it on my relaxed hair? Like grease (parting my hair and applying it to the scalp), like moisturizers (applying to my hair nightly before i wrap it and go to sleep), as conditioner (apply after washing, sit and wash out)....I'm lost. I want to use this 100% natural product but I just don't know how!
