Is gl blowing fun?

This is also part of my AK cruise late May and one of the excursions I'm thinking about involves a four hour time slot at a place where you can watch craftsmen work with gl in shaping and molding it. Is it worth $170? Even if they ship you your creation with some gold bits in it? Has anyone done it in Skagway, AK?
