Fullmetal Alchemist question? (fma)?

In the manga, lanfan, the ninja girl who protects lin, can sense the souls in a person. Humounclous have several souls because the philosophers stone is made up out of many souls. So she can differenciate between them and humans. However, she doesn't realize that King Bradly, the president, is a humunclous. Why is that? I know that he was a human raised up to be human-humunclous and then he got the philosophers stone inserted into his bloodstream. However, shouldn't lanfan still be able to see the many souls from the philosophers stone in his blood? Or are the souls undetectable because the stone was broken down into liquid form or something? What am i missing? Thanks everyone!
