Fast recovery of jumpers' knee?!?

I'm a starter for our school's varsity volleyball team, and after our game last night my knee was bugging me. I woke up and couldn't straighten my leg. I went to the doctor and was told I had patellar tendonitis, or jumper's knee. The problem is, I need to be ready to play in our Regional Finals game.. I'm a fast healer, but our big game is in 3 days! Any ideas on how to speed up recovery?!?
