Advice for Pau for next 5 Years?
I think Pau Gasol needs to hit the heavy squat rack. He needs to weight train hard with Lamar Odom. They are very close in height yet lamar has so much more muscle and leaping ability. If Pau gets a solid gluteous, hamstring, quadracep, and calf base he will be 500% better. He already has the knowledge, the quick first step but he lacks the girth (muscle m) and jumping ability to power through to the hoop. I'm not expecting him to play above the rim but if he can further develop that quick first step and power dunk from forward pos. and/or secondary center he can turn into a God. What do you all think?
