Ah im scared please answer!!!?

ok i just went to the loo and when i wiped there was a tiny tiny bit of pink blood on it!!!!!!!!! im just nearly 16weeks pregnant should i go to the doctor??? or is it nothing??? my mother is saying that its ok because it was so tiny(i didnt show her i rang her!) could it be from a little cut because i had thrush last week and everything down there was stingy(TMI!) can someone give me advice im kind of scared!!!!!!!!!! thanks
