Car sounds/feels like its going over bumps when turning sharp right corners. What could this be?

Everytime I turn right around a corner my car makes a sound, and feels like, its going over bumps. The "bumps" are consistent throughout the whole turn. It only happens when turing right and it only happens with the front right side (wheel) of the car. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
