Has anyone had skin bridges before? Are they a major turn off?

I'm 14 and I always knew about these weird pieces of skin attaching my shaft to my glands but I never knew what the problem was until the other day. "Skin Bridges." They don't really cause me any pain except for the odd time when I'm REALLY horny. I haven't told anyone about them. Are they a turn off? Could they prevent my from growing any more when it gets to a certain length? I'm 5'' hard so I'm guessing not? Have any of you had skin bridges before and had them surgically removed? Is it painful?
