If a dog's eyelashes and whiskers are shaved off while getting a haricut, will they grow back?

Yeah they will grow back. I was very upset when my Shih Tzus eyelashes was cut off. But now they are back to being 2 inches long and I make sure I ask for them not to be cut from now on.
