Pregnant and stressed???

Take a nice warm bath, or go for a nice relaxing walk. You could also start reading a book or join a pregnancy yoga cl! I suggest getting a pregnancy mage I had one about 3 weeks ago and it was amazing and took all the stress away. You could also book yourself a pedicure/manicure. There are so many things you can do, hope you feel better!
