Pregnant - blood pressure is high, 144/90?

Invest in the home blood pressure machine and take your blood pressure daily to see how it ranges. I would recommend taking it a few times through-out the day and see if maybe certain times of the day its high and try to relax more during those time periods. And if at anytime you feel like something isn't right get to an ER immediately. It's better safe than sorry. If your doctor feels you're ok then he's probably right. Just follow with your instinct.
