Wedding Centerpieces?

My color scheme is blue an silver so my fianc� and I have decided on 5 armed silver candleabra just simple and elegant as we'll be having flowers everywhere during the cermony and along the top table! Plus alot of my guest have very bad hayfever and flowers would mean they'd be consistently sneezing!
