Whats my chances??

I have a lazy ex husband who does'nt want to see his children, this has been going on for 2 years, he lives 5 mins from me and has a great job, I am certain %100 that he is comfortable in his lifestyle because he doesnt have children to look after, therefore he very rarely see's them. He lives with a woman with her 2 sons and consider's them "his family". He pays me minimal maintanence ($380 a month) but makes at least $60,000 a year. My question is what will the courts say in regards to him seeing the children, can they force him to see the children every fortnight, like it should be? he has no reasons not to see them, just that he is lazy. and what am I really entittled to in maintanence a month and can I work this out with the courts? I am in queensland, australia. can anyone help me, because I am feed up with waiting on him to act like a father and see his kids and help financially!! please please help. any advice?
