Where is Fullmetal Alchemist's turning point between the manga and anime?

i just finished watching the FMA show and movie, so now i want to see what the manga is like. i'd like to start reading at the point where the anime's story line becomes different than the manga. what chapter in the manga is the turning point for the anime?
