Weaning puppies?

hi can anyone give a little advice as i want to get this right, my labrador ***** had puppies 17 days ago she had a cesarean and then got mastitis and then had abseses so 2 major operations not a good time for her, so i have been completly hand rearing all 11 puppies every 2 hours and including mum by letting her clean them so she dozent feel left out of her puppies lives, so now thinking of the weaning process going to start about 3 weeks of age can anyone let me know how this process goes when they are being bottle feed as i have read put the mum back with pups when they have finished eating so she can finish feeding them with her milk but what do i do if im bottle feeding them only answer this question if you can help and not be vindictive as i wont even bother reading your answer.
