Obviously not the DNA, but does a surrogate mother p anything at all on to the child she carries?

Like, for example, certain immunities or predispositions to diseases? I ask purely out of curiosity. Certainly not to offend anyone. I'm just wondering, since the surrogate carries the baby in her body and obviously is providing nutrition and so on, does the baby end up different in any way than he/she would if they were carried by the biological mother?
